What are your rates?

We offer competitive rates for our pet services in Miami. Please contact us to discuss rates. We do have an additional charge for services provided after-hours and on weekends & Holidays.
How much notice do you need to perform a walk/visit?

There is no minimum notice required to schedule a service with us, however the earlier you book, the more likely we are able to fit you in.
What is your cancellation policy?

Must be notified before 7 pm the day prior to the scheduled dog walking service

Must be notified 7 days prior to scheduled Overnight Pet Sitting
Can you walk my dog at an exact time each day?

We can do our best, but we do ask for a 2 hour grace period (ex. 1pm-3pm). Generally, we will be there the same time each day, but this allows us to account for unforeseeable circumstances.
Will I have the same sitter/walker each time?

YES. we know dogs enjoy consistency and can be nervous of a continual cycle of random walkers. We always schedule you with the same person also to limit the number of people in your home. However, if your assigned walker/sitter is not available, you will have a backup Walker who will also be present during your meet & greet.
When I give you keys, how do I know they are safe?

We do not write any addresses on the key ring, When the keys are not in use, they are kept in a lockbox.
Do you inform me of what occurred on the walk?

Your walker/sitter will either call or text you after each visit with a brief description.

We like to keep our clients information confidential but you can check out some of our reviews!
Do you work on Weekends and Holidays?

Yes, we do. We would prefer services on these days to be scheduled ahead of time but on-call services can be arranged depending on availability. We can not guarantee we will be available if you do not schedule in advance.
What is your service area?

We live and service the amazing neighborhood of Miami Beach, FL. We service Miami Beach, Bay Harbor Islands, Bal Harbor, Miami Shores and North Bay Village. Contact us to accommodate your pet services, if you live outside of the aforementioned neighborhoods.
Can you give me a list of Holidays where additional rates apply?
